Basisregistratie Kadaster — cadastral plot boundaries from the Dutch land registry. Panel placement respects the actual property extent, which matters for accurate commercial installs.
Location-specific irradiance
European Commission PVGIS database — granular irradiance data per location. Yield calculations are anchored to real solar conditions at the address, not regional averages.
